What This Service Addresses

Where Expert Support
Makes a Difference

Digital evidence is present in most contested matters. Attorneys who understand it — and can explain it clearly to a judge or jury — are more effective advocates. This practice provides the technical foundation that makes that possible.

Engagements begin at whatever stage the case requires: early assessment of what the digital evidence may show, full examination and reporting, rebuttal of an opposing expert, or direct trial testimony.

Working with Counsel

What Attorneys
Can Expect

Retaining counsel receives plain-language explanations throughout the engagement — not just in the final report. The goal is for attorneys to understand the evidence well enough to use it effectively in depositions, motions, and at trial.

Reports are written for two audiences simultaneously: the technical reviewer and the lay jury. Findings are expressed in terms of what the evidence supports, what it does not, and where uncertainty exists.

All communications with counsel are treated as confidential. Engagement letters are executed prior to any examination work.
